About Me

I’m Nancy Jo Wright, a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute since 2016. I help women over 50 lower blood sugar levels, manage prediabetes, and lose weight through personalized lifestyle changes that lead to sustained weight loss, increased energy, and reduced risks of diabetes and heart disease.

My journey began at 54 when I was diagnosed with leaky gut and food sensitivities. By learning to read food labels and identify hidden sugars, I healed my gut, lost 30 pounds, and kept it off. Now, I empower women over 50 to reclaim their health and confidence with these same tools.

I offer 1:1 coaching, group coaching, interactive workshops, and custom programs tailored to each client’s needs. Whether it’s navigating prediabetes, mastering label reading, or developing sample meal plans, my approach is practical and supportive.

I hold a Communications degree from California State University, Chico, and am passionate about guiding women toward lifelong health and vitality.
