Here's a fact that reframes everything: for 99% of human evolutionary history, we moved constantly. We walked miles daily to find food, carried heavy loads, climbed, danced, and used our bodies as the primary tool of survival. The human brain evolved in a body that was in near-constant motion.
And now we sit. For hours. For most of the day.
